Emily C. Travis is Part of Cazenovia College Fashion Show

2012 Apr 5

Cazenovia College's Fashion Design and Fashion Merchandising programs present the College's 2012 fashion show, "Lost in a Fashion Fairy Tale," on April 21, 2012 at 2:30 p.m., and 7:30 p.m., at Cazenovia College's Schneeweiss Athletic Complex at the end of Liberty Street in Cazenovia.

Students in the College's Fashion Design and Fashion Merchandising programs learn the details of running a fashion show through hands-on experience. Given a theme by the previous year's promotions class, the student entrepreneurs must make the theme their own. Students have been involved in every aspect of planning and producing the show.

Emily C. Travis, of Montrose, Pa., is student director of the fashion show. She is majoring in management specializing in fashion merchandising at Cazenovia.

The show is sponsored by Dreissig Apparel in Syracuse. Tickets are $10 for adults, $5 for students, and free for children 5 and under. Tickets may be purchased by mail until April 11; after this they be purchased at the door. For more information or to order tickets, visit www.cazenovia.edu/fashionshow, contact the Fashion Show Hotline at 315-655-7043, by email at fashionshow@cazenovia.edu, or look for the Cazenovia College: Annual Student Fashion Show page on Facebook-don't forget to click 'like!'
